.: EGT Annual Goals 2006 :.

1. One new member will be added to the EGT Advisory Committee each year.
2. Collect data on EGT student retention. Analyze the data, identify problem areas, and plot a strategy for year to year improvement.
3. 100% of full time EGT faculty will participate in at least one professional development activity per academic year.
4. Convert EGT courses to On-Line delivery where applicable. Complete more than 3 courses by summer of 2006.
5. Complete marketing CD for the EGT program and distribute to high school students in the Spring of 2006.
6. Start an EGT program web site prior to the Fall of 2006.
7. Analyze feedback and data collected from the various measurement tools and upgrade a curriculum component or an equipment component in order to improve student learning.
8. Improve the methods by which EGT students become aware of full-time and part-time job opportunities in the field of CAD design in the local area.
9. Establish communication with other EGT programs in the state in an effort to collaborate and benchmark as part of the continuous improvement process.
